The point here is to find a way to make your meditation helpful to you. All are types of meditation, which use different methods to reach a state sometimes described as 'thoughtful awareness' or 'restful alertness. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
