In 2022, through Mobile Distributions, more than 3 million pounds of food were distributed. The food giveaway will be on Thursday, March 10 from 10 a.m. Second Harvest Food Bank will host an onsite food distribution next week. Volunteers from local/sponsoring organizations unload the truck and prepare the food for distribution. The food box will include enough food to feed a household of four for approximately five days. Second Harvest delivers a balanced inventory of shelf-stable, fresh and frozen foods to locations that can safely accommodate large numbers of attendees.
